Commissioner Pete Sorenson presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Bill Fleenor, Rob Handy and Faye Stewart present.  County Administrator Jeff Spartz, Assistant County Counsel and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

5. COMMUNITY OUTREACH/DIALOGUE

a. Chair Introduces Commissioners and Guests.

b. Commissioner Fleenor Facilitates Community Outreach/Dialogue.

The Board had a dialogue with the community on what it means to be safe.  They also discussed what Lane County could do to help citizens feel safe.

There being no further business, Commissioner Sorenson adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m.
