PRENATAL CLINIC
The Prenatal Clinic is located at Charnelton Community Clinic and it provides comprehensive care for women of all ages and cultures. Women receive prenatal care and maternity case management during their pregnancy, which includes education on the physical changes of pregnancy, nutrition, exercise, childbirth, infant health and parenting. Breastfeeding support and education and postpartum care are provided after delivery of the baby.

FAMILY PLANNING
The Community Health Centers of Lane County offers Title X and makes Contraceptive Care (CCare) available to patients - making women’s reproductive health exams and contraceptive supplies available to everyone. Services include: Annual exams, birth control and pregnancy testing. We offer information on how to prevent unplanned pregnancy and how to prevent sexually transmitted infections.

PEDIATRICS
The Pediatric program provides services for children and youth, from birth until they are 18 years old. FAMILY PRACTICE & INTERNAL MEDICINE
Our medical providers deliver a range of acute, chronic and preventive medical care services. They diagnose and treat illnesses, as well as provide routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations and screening tests. Our Internal Medicine physicians work with patients in the management of their chronic illnesses.

THE WHOLE PERSON - INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
At Community Health Centers we focus on integrated care that values the whole person. Our services encompass not only treatment and prevention of illness but also health, education and behavioral health services.
The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program is available to patients as a part of overall good healthcare. The purpose of this service is to offer assistance when stress, worry, chronic health conditions, or emotional concerns about physical or other life problems are interfering with someone's daily life. The IBH provider works as a member of the primary care team. This team approach considers physical, behavioral, and emotional aspects of our patient's health.

LOW-COST MEDICATIONS PROGRAMS
The Community Health Centers of Lane County offers a variety of assistance and medication discounts programs for our patient. These special programs include allowing patients fill their prescription at select local pharmacies such as Safeway Pharmacy. The medication discount program offers free home delivery for those that select a mail order option. We encourage all of our patients to take advantage of the services offered by our partner pharmacies. Our healthcare team will help you identify the best option for you.
